These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which bm69 operates. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration before any court proceedings.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and bm69 ("bm69," "we," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bm69 website located at bm69.asia and all associated services, products, software and content (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the bm69 platform, or using any bm69 Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bm69 Services and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with bm69's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Minimum Age. The bm69 Services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 21+ By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bm69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bm69 Services complies with all laws, regulations and restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. bm69 does not represent that its Services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.
3.3 Competence. You represent that you are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not using the Services during a period of self-exclusion or account suspension.
4.1 Registration. To use the bm69 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one bm69 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.3 KYC Verification. bm69 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to provide government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your membership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm69 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bm69 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. bm69 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bm69 supports deposits and withdrawals via selected Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX-enabled bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB and Public Bank) and other methods as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on bm69 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. bm69 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency without prior written arrangement.
5.3 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals. A minimum deposit of RM 30 applies per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the bm69 cashier at the time of request. bm69 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. bm69 will process withdrawal requests to verified accounts within the timeframe specified in the cashier. bm69 may delay processing pending completion of KYC verification, wagering requirement fulfilment, or fraud investigation. bm69 is not liable for delays attributable to the recipient's financial institution.
5.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited to bm69 originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits made via third-party accounts (accounts not in your name) are prohibited and may result in account closure and refund of deposited amount without winnings.
5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider in respect of any bm69 transaction is a material breach of these Terms. bm69 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
6.1 General. bm69 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses and other incentives to new and existing Members. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which shall supplement and prevail over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games and low-risk betting strategies may be excluded from bonus wagering at bm69's discretion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bm69 maintains zero tolerance for promotional abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, collusion between members, and providing false information to obtain promotional benefits. Where bonus abuse is identified, bm69 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close the Member's account.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are not reinstated.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on bm69 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market as published on the platform. bm69 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a bet is suspected to relate to suspicious activity, manifest errors in odds, or market manipulation.
7.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are materially incorrect due to technical error, human error or data feed failure ("Manifest Error"), bm69 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. bm69 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from a Manifest Error.
7.3 Disconnections. bm69 employs technical measures to maintain game state during brief interruptions. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the session will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. bm69 is not liable for losses attributable to interruptions caused by the Member's internet service provider or device.
7.4 Final Decisions. The results recorded on bm69's servers shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and shall prevail over any claim based on the Member's own records.

Violation of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the bm69 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface design, software, text, images and game assets — is the property of bm69 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any bm69 content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
10.2 bm69's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 bm69 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malicious code. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 By bm69. bm69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bm69 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, bm69 will retain any balance pending investigation and release verified funds to the Member's original payment method upon conclusion of the investigation where no breach is established.
11.2 By the Member. Members may close their bm69 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified.
11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bm69 will notify the Member via registered email prior to applying dormancy procedures. Real Money Funds in dormant accounts are preserved and remain accessible upon account reactivation.
bm69 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at bm69.asia/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bm69 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access or disclosure.
bm69 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The bm69 platform provides Members with tools to manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. 21+
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and take immediate effect upon confirmation. Self-excluded Members must not attempt to register new accounts during their exclusion period. bm69 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion through identity screening but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access where false information is provided.

bm69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the bm69 platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bm69 holds its operating authorisation.
15.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal proceedings, Members agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with bm69 by contacting the bm69 customer support team and allowing a reasonable period of up to 30 days for resolution.
15.3 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to and finally determined by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated or representative action.
